Client stories

Real businesses. Real headaches. Handled.

Every project starts with a problem an owner is tired of dealing with. Here are a few of the small businesses I've had the joy of helping, and what we did together.

My very first clients

The Lane Spa

Day spa · Palm Beach Gardens, FL · Since 2012

Jay and Marcia were with me from day one. Over the years we've refreshed their website, evolved their brand and kept their marketing in step with every new trend.

"We've been working with Jack's Mobile since 2012. Over the years we've watched the technology change, our brand's look has evolved, and we've made many changes to how we market our day spa. Through each change, Stephanie has consistently kept our business moving forward with each new trend. I highly recommend her services: there's a personal touch, and her communication and follow-through are always top notch." Jay H. · The Lane Spa

Skopp Dental

Dental practice · Palm Beach Gardens, FL
What they needed

A long-time family dental practice needed a website that felt modern without losing its warm, hometown feel, and that introduced Dr. Eden Skopp as she joined her father's practice.

What I did

I redesigned the site from the ground up, kept the friendly team photo patients already knew, refreshed the look and made it easy to call or request an appointment from any page.

Dream Docks

Marine contractor · Melbourne, FL
What they needed

A dock and seawall builder needed a website as solid as their work: one that showed off their projects and made it simple for waterfront owners to ask for an estimate.

What I did

I designed and built a new site with bold project photos, clear service pages and an estimate button that's always in reach, plus the behind-the-scenes setup to help them show up in local search.

Independence Village

Senior living · Naperville & Rockford, IL
What they needed

A family-owned senior living community with two locations wanted more families to schedule tours, while keeping the colors and the feeling that set them apart from cookie-cutter competitors.

What I did

I built and maintain their website, run their Google Ads campaigns and designed focused landing pages that turn ad clicks into calls and tour requests.

Gusano's Pizza

Restaurant · Multiple locations
What they needed

A longtime client wanted every one of its locations to show up when hungry locals search, on Google and in AI tools like ChatGPT.

What I did

Through Magnolia Local, I built a search plan for each location and tended the listings, reviews and website details that search tools read before they recommend a restaurant.

"We've been longtime clients of Jack's Mobile, and when they told us about a new venture to take our search presence into the AI world, we knew we needed to take action. Their team worked with each of our franchise locations on a plan that put us on the first page for all our major search terms. Within three months we saw a big difference in our online traffic and our foot traffic, and we'll be sticking with them."Ben B. · Gusano's Pizza

Prosecco Cafe

Restaurant · Palm Beach Gardens, FL
What they needed

A local favorite wanted a website and social presence as inviting as their food, and more diners finding them, especially as they bring back dinner service.

What I did

I designed their website and manage their social media, and I'm tuning the site so Google and AI tools clearly understand what they serve and when, with dinner front and center.

Home Helpers Home Care

In-home care franchise · Richmond, VA
What they needed

A franchise owner whose website is run by corporate needed to stand out locally, so families searching for in-home care in her area would find her first.

What I did

I handle her local search and wrote service-area pages for the towns she serves, ready for corporate to add to her site, so she shows up where families are looking.
